Q. The old testament is full of contradictions and I can;t list them all but some. Such as David killed Goliath and Elhanan killed goliath. But the new testament also. God in the ot is written as some kind of tyrant. Committing genocide murder and threatens to kill Moses for not cutting his son's foreskin. He calls Himself Jealous. How can He be jealous. I don't understand. But in the time of Jesus no mention of God's anger is seen. Why did He change so dramatically. I think the bible was written by man who made God out to be a tyrant based on their own superstitions. It makes no sense. Near death experiences do not line up with the bible's view of afterlife.
