The Two Witnesses are two individuals, concepts or "corporate beings" described in chapter 11 of the Book of Revelation in the events leading up to the second coming of Christ. The two witnesses, as depicted in the Bamberg Apocalypse, an 11th century illuminated manuscript. “"'And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.' These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. Q. when do the two witnesses show up? I don't know whatever they are two men/women or if it is symbolic. Some how I think the two witnesses were symbolizing the twin towers. They will breathe Fire (Related to the crash of the two Jets) and also, most of the trouble began since 2001, the twin towers were the beginning of these events such as 2004 boxing day, Bali bombings, Madrid bombings, London Underground and bus bombings. I believe the two witnesses/prophets are the followers of the remnants of the two true Churches Jesus mentioned earlier in Revelation. These will prophesy for a limited amount of time, be killed by the Anti-Christ, and then be raised to heaven after 3 1/2 days.
